At Shiloh Court Bridal we provide a personalized and stress-free dress shopping experience. From the moment you arrive, our dedicated stylist will greet you and escort you to a cozy seating area where you can relax and share your vision with us.
Based on your preferences, we'll start selecting gowns for you to try on, and we guarantee it'll be a fun and intentional process! We showcase sample gowns in various sizes and styles to help you find your perfect match.
Once you find "the one" we will review all details and customizations with you before starting the ordering process. We will celebrate with a complimentary champagne toast and welcome you to snap a photo with our "said yes to the dress" sign. Be sure to share any photos with us on social media. Is there an appointment fee?
There is not a fee for appointments.
Can I bring friends and family to the styling appointment or dress fittings?
Yes. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 4 guests with you to your appointment.
Are children allowed into appointments?
Absolutely!
Do you allow pictures to be taken during appointments or dress fittings?
Yes, photos can be taken
How much are the dresses?
Our bridal dresses range in price from $1,500 to $4,000.
Our evening dresses range in price from $500 to $1,500.
Are the dresses made to measure?
No, dresses are made-to-order in a standard dress size. When you purchase your dress, we will take your measurements and determine what size to order based on the designer.
Do you hold samples in a range of sizes?
Shiloh Court Bridal offers samples to try on in a range of bridal sizes from 6 to 20, and depending on the designer, gowns may be ordered in sizes ranging from 2 to 34.

What happens during my styling appointment?
Your personal stylist will hand select gowns for you to try on that will work with your vision. We offer a variety of dresses for you to choose from and will help you narrow down your favorites. Our stylists are there for you every step of the way throughout your appointment. Our goal is for you to enjoy this special moment and find the dress of your dreams.
What can I do to prepare for my appointment?
We recommend wearing nude underwear to the appointment and either a strapless or stick-on bra if you are considering a dress that may require it.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer alterations, but we can recommend local, trusted seamstresses.
Where are the dresses made?
Our bridal gowns are made-to-order in Australia and shipped to the US.
What is your return policy?
All purchases are final sale.
Do I need to bring shoes with me?
We recommend wearing the shoes you plan on wearing on the day of your wedding or a similar pair.
How long is the appointment?
Appointments typically last one hour.
How far in advance should I order my dress?
We recommend ordering your dress 8-12 months before your wedding day. This will allow up to 6 months for production and shipment of your dress, and then time for finalizing accessories and alterations. We have some dress options that can be ordered with a rush for an added fee.
