At Shiloh Court Bridal we provide a personalized and private dress shopping experience. From the moment you arrive, our dedicated stylist will greet you and escort you to a cozy seating area where you can relax and share your vision with us.
Based on your preferences, we'll look through gowns together and start selecting the ones for you to try on. We guarantee it'll be a fun and intentional process! We showcase sample gowns in various sizes and styles to help you find your perfect match.
Once you find "the one" we will review all details and customizations with you before starting the ordering process. We will celebrate with a complimentary champagne toast and welcome you to snap a photo with our "said yes to the dress" sign. Be sure to share any photos with us on social media. We can't wait to see your vision come to life!
Do I need to schedule an appointment and how many Guests can I bring?
We believe every bride should have an intimate experience with undivided attention. Which is why we ask brides to secure their own private 90 minute appointment. These appointments allow up to 4 guests, plus the bride. If you are looking to bring more people, you can upgrade your appointment to a Premium Bridal Experience, and we will close the doors to our boutique so you & your guests have the entire shop to yourselves! This appointment allows up to 6 guests, plus the bride, and includes coffee, tea and pastries for your group plus a gift from us to you so you can remember this experience for a lifetime!
What is the price range at your store?
Our bridal dresses range in price from $1,100 to $4,500.
What size samples do you have in store?
Our floor samples are sizes 10-26. We have many different techniques that our expert stylists are trained on to make sure that even if a floor sample isn’t in your specific size, they will be able to fit you as close as possible! Once you have found “The One”, we will take your measurements and order your dress in your size. Gowns may be ordered in sizes 2-34.
What happens during my styling appointment?
Based on your preferences, You and your personalized stylist will look through gowns together and start selecting the ones for you to try on. We guarantee it'll be a fun and intentional process!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What can I do to prepare for my appointment?
We recommend wearing nude underwear to the appointment and either a strapless or stick-on bra if you are considering a dress that may require it. However, a bra is not necessary, as all our gowns have built-in support and bust cups. Please note that spray tans and body makeup are not allowed during your appointment to keep our gowns in pristine condition. It’s not necessary to bring your wedding shoes, but you’re more than welcome to bring them if you'd like!
Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer alterations, but we can recommend local, trusted seamstresses.
Where are the dresses made?
Our bridal gowns are made-to-order in the united states and Australia.
How long is the appointment?
Appointments typically last an hour and a half.
How far in advance should I order my dress?
We recommend ordering your dress 8-12 months before your wedding day. This will allow time for the production and shipment of your dress, then time for finalizing accessories and alterations. Our standard lead time for ordering dresses is 4 months. For brides with shorter timelines, we do carry dresses that can be shipped in as little as 2-weeks.
What is your return policy?
All purchases are final sale.
